The PIRP Ecosystem

Four components. One connected system.

PIRP is more than a questionnaire. The ecosystem connects investors, financial institutions, platform operators, and regulators through a structured, transparent, and auditable infrastructure — with the investor at the center and in control throughout.

The PIRP ecosystem diagram showing the four connected components: Mobile Application for investors, Institution Portal for banks and brokers, Administration Platform for platform operators, and Regulatory Portal for oversight bodies.

The Four Domains

Each component serves a different stakeholder.

The PIRP ecosystem is designed around the distinct needs of each participant. Every domain has a clear role, a defined audience, and a specific set of responsibilities.

Consumer Domain

Mobile Application

01

For investors

The investor-facing mobile application is where individuals create and own their PIRP risk profile. It is the entry point to the ecosystem and the control centre for every sharing decision.

Profile creation

Complete the standardized investment risk questionnaire once, at your own pace.

Sharing controls

Review and approve every institution request before granting access to your profile.

Access history

See a full log of who accessed your profile, when, and for what purpose.

Profile updates

Update your profile as your circumstances change. Changes are reflected across all active sharing permissions.

Financial Institutions Domain

Institution Portal

02

For banks, brokers & advisors

The web portal used by financial institutions to request access to investor profiles and integrate standardized PIRP data into their onboarding, advisory, and compliance workflows.

Profile access requests

Submit access requests to investors directly through the platform. Requests are transparent and investor-approved.

Suitability integration

Receive standardized, structured profile data that integrates cleanly into existing suitability and advisory workflows.

Ongoing profile updates

With investor consent, receive automatic notifications when a shared profile is updated.

Compliance reporting

Access structured audit records to support internal compliance reviews and regulatory reporting.

Platform Operations Domain

Administration Platform

03

For platform operators

The operational back-end where PIRP administrators govern the assessment methodology, manage institutional onboarding, and maintain the integrity of the platform.

Methodology governance

Define and maintain the standardized scoring model and questionnaire framework used across all profiles.

Institution onboarding

Approve and configure the participation of financial institutions in the PIRP network.

Platform configuration

Manage platform-wide settings, access rules, and operational parameters.

Analytics & monitoring

Monitor platform activity, profile volumes, and sharing patterns to ensure system health.

Oversight Domain

Regulatory Portal

04

For regulators & supervisors

A dedicated interface giving regulatory authorities structured visibility into risk profiling practices, access records, and methodology documentation — supporting investor protection and market integrity.

Audit trail access

Review a complete, tamper-evident log of every profile access event across the platform.

Methodology transparency

Access full documentation of the scoring model and questionnaire framework used to generate profiles.

Market-wide monitoring

Gain structured visibility into how financial institutions use investor risk profiles across the market.

Compliance verification

Verify that investor profile sharing adheres to consent requirements and regulatory standards.

How the System Works

The investor is always at the centre.

PIRP connects four components through a structured data-sharing model. The investor initiates the process, controls every access decision, and retains ownership of their profile throughout.

01

Investor

Creates a PIRP profile

The investor completes the standardized risk questionnaire once via the PIRP mobile app. The resulting profile is evaluated using a consistent methodology and stored under the investor's ownership.

02

Financial Institution

Requests access

A bank, broker, or advisor submits a profile access request through the Institution Portal. The request is forwarded to the investor for review — no data is shared without explicit consent.

03

Investor

Reviews and approves

The investor receives the request in the mobile app and decides whether to grant access. They can approve once, grant ongoing access, or decline entirely. This decision is always reversible.

04

Financial Institution

Receives read-only profile data

Once approved, the institution receives structured, standardized profile data via the Institution Portal. Access is read-only. The investor retains ownership and can revoke access at any time.

05

Platform & Regulators

Audit trail is generated

Every access event is logged automatically. The Administration Platform and Regulatory Portal maintain a complete, tamper-evident audit trail — visible to the investor, the platform, and regulatory authorities.

Core principles

Investor-controlled

Every sharing decision originates with the investor. No institution can access a profile without explicit approval.

Portable

The same profile can be shared with any participating institution. Investors complete the questionnaire once — not once per institution.

Standardized

All profiles are generated using the same methodology. Institutions receive consistent, comparable data regardless of the investor's previous institution.

Auditable

Every access event is recorded. Investors, platform operators, and regulators all have visibility into who accessed what and when.

The result

One profile. Owned by the investor.

Shared on the investor's terms. Visible to regulators. Always under your control.
